Can't post links?

Hi All,
I’m relatively new to these forums, though a multi-decade player of A&A. I tried posting a really useful link in the Global 1940 board and I received a message saying that I cannot post links. Is there something I have to toggle, or is this because I’m new to the forum?

Ask that again a few times and you might reach the magic number!
Seriously. Post something else. Even silly. Ask a question. Go to the WW2 thread or General Discussion. It isn’t that many , I am sure.
