How were you able to load in a contested zone? This is against the rules. Because my UK DD is there and Anzac declared war, you are unable to load. Recommend rechecking the rules, but this has been discussed in threads before and you should have not been allowed to do what you did. You would have to redo your Japan completely.
36 was contested. I loaded in 37.
And you are right, the game prevents me from loading in a contested zone.
