    Apparently triple a thought the Russians were so desperate they deserved income this turn.  I edited it to 0.  I didn’t know that was a triple a bug.

    Apparently it is a rule I was completely playing wrong for quite some time. I guess I confused the ability to use factories and collect income once a capital is taken. I apologize. I guess I will concede since I played my whole game with the incorrect thinking. I would gladly rematch you with the same settings if you are so inclined.
