I don’t think so.  Your movement ends with combat.  If the enemy territory didn’t have any combat units, ICs, or bases you could.

Yes, as long as the enemy territory is free of units including facilities, you may continue into a friendly territory during the same phase including the territory you departed from. After such a move, the tank may not move during the non-combat movement phase within the same turn.
