also, please consider my carriers not taking part in the attack for the purpose of kamikadze attack… they would just move in noncombat to Phili. So you can roll kamikadze against cruisers, DDs and BB.

I couldn’t figure out how to roll for the kamikaze.  Could you use 2 against each of the DDs and one against each of the cruisers?
