  • I built my intelligence tokens on west ger.  I think we had decided they should have started in capitol by our rules but we didn’t say that.  I would have put the ftr and bomb with them in the capitol.  they werent helping defend anything.  I think I will treat it like tokens and the two aircraft i planned to dedicate were all built in correct spot.  If you have issues let me know before russia as it is all non-com.
