I have picked out four pictures of my painted Japanese pieces on my new metal Global 1940 map. When you go to boardgamegeek, search for axis and allies 1940 Pacific, and it will be on page 12 of the photo section, then click on the pictures.

As he does a set, I will post them here and there.

Guys, I just received the painted Chinese/Anzac forces, from Spitfire, and will post some pictures of them on my metal map.

I will post some pictures by Sunday. The earliest I will post will be by Thursday.

Sorry guys about my German planes taking me so long. I’m hoping to have them done this month, but have had limited time painting.

In the mean time to make up for last month and this month, I put my newly painted Anzac, Chinese, American Flying Tigers, along with my Japanese pieces on my metal map and took lots of pictures to show how painted pieces can look on a nice map.

Instead of putting them in their starting positions, I decided to put them more like a battle scene.

Spitfire wanted to see them in action. Well they are in action for sure, LOL. :-D

Now, I didn’t have one country crossing another’s border, but pretend it is Anzac’s turn at the start. This how you need to view it, because the setup features them as if their ready for a fight.

Now, in no way would this scenario ever be in a game. This was just for fun to show the pieces.

I thought this could give you a few laughs. :-D

I hope you all enjoy these pictures. it took me about 2 hours setting this all up.
