Plus 2 planes from sz112 or W Ger , if just one sub attacks sz110 fleet because per rules you may assume that all of your attacking rolls will be hits, and all defending rolls will be misses [p29 Europe].   • I dont have map here, so I can not comment on actual sz, but correct regarding 1 sub attack is allowed to assume win against 1000BB’s - as long as you are ready to make any surviving planes without actual landing spots crash.
