can you please remind me of the current league rule on how it would affect america if there was a japanese sub in z26 at the start of the american turn and i have transports there? are they allowed to pick up units and move out of the zone during combat move? if so, can they offload in noncombat?

League rule=official rule
If you attack the sub(s), then you may move boats away to avoid the combat. You can’t load up ground units in the combat movement phase if you are not conducting an amphibious assault, though, so the transports (and any other boats) could move away in the combat movement phase, but transports couldn’t pick up units from Hawaii.You could always ignore the sub(s) and then move anything you want, as normal.

You can attack the subs AND pick up units from Hawaii with transports in 26 IF you are also conducting an amphibious assault with those units.

yes still true. those changes were due to the fact i couldn’t select the ftr on gib due to congestion (ultimately had to zoom to 100%).

That was an awful lot of undoing and edits - please save after combat and when you know what you’re doing, make the moves. You don’t have to do anything this time, with effort, I followed along. It doesn’t have to be perfectly clean - mine certainly aren’t - but when there are 20-40 undos, that’s a little much
