Oops, I realized something.  I need to replace my .xml file - it’s using my houseruled game file.  That’s why I couldn’t place your Russian fighter in the bid - it was counting it as 11 IPC’s.  I realized it since it’s saying cruisers cost 11 and battleship 18, etc.

I’ll try and fix it right away.  Check your Russian buy screen and see if unit prices are correct or not.  If not, I might have to start over and edit for this G1 position.
