Here is my proposal:

Only the certifiably nut is allowed to speak on behalf of the community and any nation, announce closing his A&A.org account and continue trolling in the site, and has an absolute right to wear his big girl panties.

truth is, your system is great, and i do feel very much that this rule only makes it greater. sorry you felt it took some whining to get it established.
