Yes, I had the option to spend money on tech. I’ve just never understood why it would be worth it, barring certain edge cases.
I mean, heavy bombers right now is equivalent to them hitting at 5 instead of 4. Nice to have, but not really worth the money you’d spend on average to get it. Super subs are great - one of the very few that are worth it.
Neither has really affected the game all that much. It was my two big mistakes in Europe that did that.
