I am looking for a game. I would like to bid not for extra placement units but rather for extra US economy, see here for details: http://www.axisandallies.org/forums/index.php?topic=35683.0

I would be perfectly fine to make this an off-league game as well, either way. Also I am not really sure what a proper bid shall be so I would be also open for starting 2 games in parallel, with alternated sides with US income bonus set by mutual agreement.
