    E’ stato cambiato Noll. Anch’io pensavo fosse un due. No guardato il Rulebook ed e’ solo su uno che abatte un attaccante.

  • If you read carefully the topic you linked its still saying thet defenders fire at @2

    He changed it with the release of the boxed second edition and I never noticed before


  • Oh no he refers to JET tech now. It wasnt like that prior to 2nd edition btw. I guess it makes bombing viable, it was kinda pointless with defenders at @2 (thats why I was fine in Norway, and the reason I did put all these fighters there). Well, I have to deal with the new rule now!


  • I’ve always used the latest set of official alpha rules available for global. That rule has been in effect as part of the alpha project (+3.9?) since I can remember playing global, that is roughly in December 2011. I’m surprised that experienced players like yourselves have not come across it yet? I’ve never even bothered with the rules that came with my boxed 1st edition global:-D


  • The ibtercept rule I’m referring to was actually the alpha3 standard. He changed it later when he release the boxed 2nd edition; alongside minor setup changes and one less territory in Canada.
    I just never noticed this change before, but its also trur that I didnt play much in the last 2 years. My activity here was more prominent in 2009-2012

    I have never come across it, as people have been understandably too frightened to try and bomb me.


  • Speaking from experience having to deal with rule changes of any nature is a major pain in the neck for any serious gamer. I am sorry you got caught out on that one.
