The way I understand it, not counting the French Foreign Legion, when a territory goes Vichy any units in the terr. also become Vichy, they cannot move or attack, but can defend only. Is it the same for ships that become Vichy? Once they become Vichy and are moved to the nearest Vichy terr. can they move at a later time or do they have to stay in that sea zone and defend only? Also, if the Vichy terr. they are placed off of is taken by the allies do the ships remain or are they moved again to the nearest Vichy terr.?
Vichy units defend only. Ships are the same. If the territory is taken by land the Vichy ships will stay in that sea zone.
If there are allied boats in a seazone where there are Vichy ships, can the Vichy ships help attack if Germany attacks the seazone?
And, does the Vichy rolling occur during the german combat, even if there are other battles to fight?
Vichy Units can not attack…period.
Once Paris falls immediatly roll for Vichy. If the German player decisdes to roll for the battle of Paris last then fight all the other battles first…Just immediatly after paris falls roll for the Vichy then resume all other battles.
