    please correct your usa problem before proceeding with anzac.  i will go ahead and say the fic battle result stands i guess.  i probably would have scrambled though, so please take that into account in the future.  tripleA should have prompted you for a scramble decision in z36.

    if you want to just leave my sub alive in z26 then everything can stand as is.  if you want to let it live and change any other noncoms, go ahead.  if you want to just leave the transport in z26 and keep sub dead that’s an option too.  finally, you can attack a japanese held island with the transport in combat move to get it away from the zone if you wish.

    Hmm sorry I assumed you wouldn’t scramble.  I’m fine redoing the turn the exact same way with scramble.

    Re the sub blocking ncm movement, are you 100% sure of that rule interpretation?

    Is the transport involved in the battle?  As far as I am/was aware, subs dont effect loading or offloading or the movement of transports.

    If your interpretation is correct and the transport can’t move unless its a cm, I imagine I would have landed at Korea.  Is that ok?

    yes my interpretation is for sure correct.  if the transport is in a zone with combat, it is involved in the combat and therefore cannot noncom.  regarding landing in korea, what would you have brought in to overwhelm the scramble?  i will not scramble in z36 just please ask in the future.

    you can do whatever noncom changes you wish related to this issue, whether you let the sub live or keep it dead.

    Ok, now that I think I understand the rules better.  I don’t know if I should revise again or not, given that arguably none of my units should be able to move from 26 if I attack the sub.  So I’m willing to revise the movements and not attack the Jap sub (I’d roll here for convoy).

    Or we can leave as is.  Whichever u prefer.
