Did you not declare war so that you could get your NO that you ended up not getting?It’s not that simple though. I had to lay off Karelia and Rostov, although, sub off Normandy may have done damage

Yes, it is not simple. The intent was to get 5PU for Rus (screwed up with this), keep the scandinavian troop away from Leningrad, and, more important from my view, force Italy to take Rus lands (Ukr IC first of all). So, no reason for complains from my side.

I shouldn’t have taken Ukraine with Italy because I knew you could stop me in Rostov, but what’s done is done. Italy needs some non-convoyable income.
