I am attacking sz42 with 7 subs, 5 dd, 6 ftr, 6 tac, 2 bmr, and a battleship. My subs got three hits and assume you would take a hit on the 3 cv. I will post a copy of the map for you to see after the first attack to choose order of loss.

Seems like I messed up. Apparently I didn’t overlook the harbor since I blocked sz44, to bad I failed to block sz45. :roll:

If you lose all ss or score at least eight hits next round:
Max defense all the way! If you got submarines remaining keep air over ships. Otherwise keep the more expensive unit. Keep American over non-American.
If you do not, I’d like to see another round of attacking dice before deciding on my final OOL, if you don’t mind. Feel free to allocate sub hits in best defense order. (keep one dd over cv’s)

Although I suspect the original plan was for ANZAC to block sz35 instead of either of those. :roll:
Here’s an idea: How about I forfeit the game to you and we finish this game as a non-league game but with a small timeline alteration: Either back tracking to the end of the last Russian or ANZAC turn (your choice) with the alteration that the ANZAC dd didn’t blew it’s navigation and ended up in sz35 instead of sz44.

Good morning sir. I did see you blocked the other zones and wondered if you saw the harbor on Hainan. I am good with your proposal and will keep playing starting over with Japan’s turn and the Aussie navigation system fixed. I do believe this was the first big mistake either of have made and the Allies were in better shape than the Axis up to that point.
