Oh yes, that was quite bad dice.
I wish to surrender and loose the game. Several reasons:
- Partly because of the dice so far, unbalanced game the way I see it. It would be difficult for axis to regain a position strong enough for the game to be balanced and exciting.
- I wish to only play low luck games in the future, at least for a while. So far my experience with the game has been that the dice often contributes to weird outcomes, unbalances the game early and decisively. To the extent that i should want to play axis in the near future, I wish to play more “normal” games, see how such games unfold.
- Perhaps more importantly, I just feel that my desire to play axis is quite low at the moment. I currently don’t have much motivation to make moves in my games. If it wasn’t for the 72 hour deadline I would probably wait weeks before making a move, because I would rather spend my time doing other things. Not a good attitude for playing the game.
I am sorry about this. 1-2 months ago when I started playing axis again, my motivation to play the game was much higher than it is now. I am sorry that this has changed.
How does one finish the game officially, register you as winner etc.?

Dane you did too many attacks with Italy round 1.

However this game is still winnable by the axis.You are going to J2 dow, waiting any longer is just silly. This means your 2 german subs are free to DOW on USA and kill the cruiser and transport.
The battleship does not stop you from loading units during a DOW, it is not a contested sea zone that is why. So you get 3 islands plus phil. So your Japan although not optimal is still on track.

Your full german air is still alive so I do not see a problem sinking UK and France from the med.
It is mostly your japan setup that I take issue with, but it is fixable. Lucky for you UK’s ethiopia attack did not work out, this helps your pacific situation.

Germany if left to its own devices is going to take Russia eventually. So I would not worry too much.
If you really want to make big plays in the middle east and africa for some reason. 2 german bombers can nail a cruiser and transport off ethiopia.

TL:DR
Just sealion with germany. You have the odds. He even took a unit off of london to make it easier for you.
America even made a present, free cruiser transport kill, so USA liberating UK will be harder.
Japan can win the Pacific, you need to war now, UK battleship does not stop you from loading your transports because he is not at war, thus not a contested sea zone.
