In today’s Madrid Times:
1.  Madrid welcomes the arrival of General James Rodriquez, whom many expect to lead the armies of Madrid to real victories.  :)
2.  UK declares war on Ottoman empire!  No one in Spain is shocked at this betrayal of the common peace by villainous shopkeepers.
3.  Spain offers open borders to the Ottoman empire as a show of moral support.  One must admit that the open borders is pretty useless, but hopes that the thought of support counts for something.
4.  No other actions in the Spanish foreign ministry, time for tapas and sangria.
