by the way - for the newbs - You cannot adjust your attacks once dice are rolled, but sometimes you have to.
Ex: You conduct an amphibious assault with air and land and realize as the dice are rolled you didn’t drop your land troops from the transports. It’s perfectly justifiable to scrap the results of that combat and conduct it separately, correctly, using the Forum Dice roller.

OK, I gotta call a rules infraction. I checked into the scenario where France declared war on Japan and Japan lost it’s bonus even though it had not attacked France, and had not done an unprovoked DOW on UK, ANZAC or US.

When Japan Is Not at War with the United States:
• 10 IPCs if Japan is not at war with the United States, has not attacked French Indo-China, and has not made an

The final say of rules is the rulebook, not TripleA, unless otherwise agreed upon ahead of time.

As far as I know, Japan should get the money as long as he doesn’t attempt to invade French Indo and US is still neutral
In this game file Japan did attack J2, but I talked with D and he said that he re-did his turn; that he originally did not attack J2 but was denied his bonus because France declared war on him. So Japan re-did the turn with an attack since he was apparently out the $$ anyhow.
I also could not recreate the issue of a DOW by France taking the Japanese NO money, so now I’m confused. I’ll swing back around with the two of them and try to understand what happened.
No worries, we’ll move on as we are. But be aware in the future that a France DOW doesn’t take Japan’s NO money even if TripleA takes it.
