hey steveo,…I should have had a choice concerning what unit to lose in the naval battle……I would have selected to tip my cv on your bmb hit…I know it would have meant you could have retreated and thus I would have lost the tac but my CV would still be floating and the germans would need to send some resources to it next turn to sink it.
so when you did score a hit it should have gone against my CV, so the question is would you attack again on the third turn if faced with a tilted cv and tac? you hit on that roll versus and empty cv and I will accept your roll but the brit tac would then have a roll in defense. if I hit the tilted cv stays afloat if I miss, the tac is lost and it is then a tilted empty cv vs your bmb.
sorry to make this complicated but the allies should have the option of max defense if it wanted…

Ya no problem I was actually going to post what I did and why and offer you the chance to re-roll but completely forgot by the time I posted the turn. My apologizes. Why don’t we re-roll from my first round of attacks?

the way I see it Steveo, I have a defensive roll at 3…if i hit that the ita bmb dies and the tilted CV lives, if the tac misses, the bmb lives and the cv & tac are destroyed, so I will just roll the 3 here and now…thanks for the offer to re-roll everything but that wouldn’t be fair to you….
