This dollar thing is probably planned out in advance. Bush wants Canada and Mexico to be one nation like the western hemisphere’s EU Thats the focus of his immigration policy, banks issuing accounts and credit to illegals, mexican trucks being able to deliver stuff right from mexico w/o even stopping for a check. Thats the official policy and i doubt it has anything to do with what some may thing is the obvious reason why it has caught up.

Sad that they couldn’t exchange it for Chinese Drywall or Chinese Salmonella Toys since China can’t build her own carriers and has to use trickery like " hey were turning it into a gambling casino" to get ex soviet era carriers out of the Turkish straights.
