    Burma was about 20 IPC’s better for defender than expected, so I don’t think should be excepted

    I now ask that we stop talking dice, at least for awhile.  It is likely to quickly devolve into 2 different assessments of who is luckier

    I have perceived the defender to generally be coming out better though.

    looking at map this morning i realize i undid the walkin to eastern persia in noncom…  i redid it several times.  eastern persia should have a mech.
