I moved my russian bombers from Egypt to Moscow as a russian non-comm that I neglected on Russia’s turn. It’s a non-effect on anything during or after Russia’s turn.
I’m usually lax on minor moves like that, but I’ll give you the option to veto the move and put them back if you like since Japan went in the interim.
The rest of the edit mode vomit was my mis-attempt at moving the bombers - I took out ft’s instead and hilarity ensued.
