Next testing game in triple and the French and Anzac should be made into computer controlled countries that are set to do nothing. Saves a lot of clicking.

So, I’m attacking Sweden. Always hated those guys. I changed the TT and the units of Sweden and Switzerland to Neutral-Allied before I did, to avoid the clickwork of going around and changing every other Neutral.

I’m counting 22 base income for UK Pac instead of 21. If I’m right, you probably need to add 2 IPC’s to UK Pac
There needs to be an upgrade price from mid to major IC. I’ll set it at 12.
Sweden will not be included in the Russian 3 IPC NO’s because it does not start the game pro-Axis. For consistency, the Russian NO is for pro-Axis, German, or Italian continental Europe territories

You can disrupt 2 NO’s with a sub in 125, and 1 just by building one into 112 :-)
Perhaps the Russian NO for European territories should only be 2. 3 always seemed a bit extreme to me.
