    I saw that the engine-game allows you US to declare war  against Japan at the beginning of the 3rd turn. I Think that its a failure of TripleA software because the political situation between UK/ANZAC and Japan is UNPROVOCKED War and US cannot entry in war with japan until the end of the 3rd turn
