What exactly is the Axis and Allies Pact of Steel variant in Triple A?  Is there a website or place that lists rules for it or has an actual map?

Pact of Steel is simply a variant of Revised, with Italy as the 3rd Axis Power. Rules are same as Revised, there is some minor change in the map (ie: Balkans, Sicily, Greece, Jugoslavia…) and in the initial set-up, rest are the same. I thin it is the BEST variant introduced with TripleA.
