    you posted the French turn so I downloaded it but then I noticed it was only the combat move portion which was strange since there wouldn’t be any combat move for France.  I wasn’t sure if you still wanted to move the plane or that French INF in Africa but you didn’t post back so I went ahead and moved.  If you did want to make a French non-com move we can edit it in.

    you don’t need an airbase to counter a bombing raid, any fighters in the territory can intercept.  if you only sent 1 bomber and have no escorts i’ll intercept with my fighter I think I only have 1 if I have more send them too.
