  • A lot to process.

    On the first combat move, forgot the Russian attacks in Africa (which will soon be the Soviets major source of IPCs). The Ukraine battle came out the same; in any case, I would have taken the hit on the one Russian infantry.

    In my initial NCM, I moved the 3 MIs from the Caucasus and the 3 infantry from Volgograd to Tambov, because I wanted to avoid an attack by the 9 Japanese aircraft in Shensi. After doing so, I realized that there are 2 Italian troops in W. Ukraine that might well take out the blocking Russian infantry in Bryansk. (On my screen the Italian troops are nearly invisible against the dark brown background.) So I re-routed the retreating troops toSamara but needed to use 1 infantry from Volgograd to take Kazakhstan so the Japanese air units have no place to land. I also just realized that I need to move 1 infantry from Volgograd to Tambov, because Bryansk will probably fall and German tanks and the MI plus air could (perhaps unwisely) attack Samara. I also noticed that I put 5 infantry in Samara, which needs to adjusted to 1. Will send the corrected map momentarily.

    A lot to process.

    On the first combat move, forgot the Russian attacks in Africa (which will soon be the Soviets major source of IPCs). The Ukraine battle came out the same; in any case, I would have taken the hit on the one Russian infantry.

    In my initial NCM, I moved the 3 MIs from the Caucasus and the 3 infantry from Volgograd to Tambov, because I wanted to avoid an attack by the 9 Japanese aircraft in Shensi. After doing so, I realized that there are 2 Italian troops in W. Ukraine that might well take out the blocking Russian infantry in Bryansk. (On my screen the Italian troops are nearly invisible against the dark brown background.) So I re-routed the retreating troops toSamara but needed to use 1 infantry from Volgograd to take Kazakhstan so the Japanese air units have no place to land. I also just realized that I need to move 1 infantry from Volgograd to Tambov, because Bryansk will probably fall and German tanks and the MI plus air could (perhaps unwisely) attack Samara. I also noticed that I put 5 infantry in Samara, which needs to adjusted to 1. Will send the corrected map momentarily.
    Sorry for the confusion.

    Ok. No problem… Kazakhstan is russian territory though but Ill just correct this. Japan coming up shortly
