    i dont think its legal cause ACs were taken as casualties first as ur weakest units

    this how you avoid being smashed because u had figs to respond to my power which was brutal since 1st round

    if the acs were taken as casualty in the last round than it would be ok for u to switch them dont u agree? this how i think not

But in general , making assumptions about OOL without asking an opponent always runs a risk that the opponent does’n accept the assumptions. For example, round 1 Allies results (4 hits total vs. 5.66 average) was not really brutal. One can see a reason to keep AC.

    yeah i understand i didnt asked for ool only to speed up the game and was choosing ur casualties as would be if it is me in question

    so either way u would loose those ACs but this way even worse for u
