    I sure do appreciate you inviting the US into the war and getting the war machine rolling. I usually try to keep them out as long as possible too. I seem to do better that way as opposed to an aggressive attack on round 1. Whether or not it is true, I am unsure  :-D

    I played that turn badly and feel like I was not concentrating properly. Losing Gib and electing to attack as the Japs last turn has certainly unhinged my game and thinking.
    In the game with Vance I made a small mistake, which will be costly. I forgot to move an Italian into Alex, forgetting it was still Combat, despite being empty.
    Anyway, have fun in the Med. Germany has well and truly shot its bolt. I have no Air and cannot hold or retake Cairo.
    I attacked Bessarabia riskily, which I thought I did not ever do; now my Easten Front is in two Army Groups, as I felt I needed to watch Romania. I also have no back up line.
    The Med has dominated my thinking from the outset and it has backfired.
    I think I am thinking about work and not having any after I sell the restaurant.
