Found a Relic

I was emptying an old desk and came across the Axis and Allies CD for Windows 98! I remember playing this games back in the day.

My goodness, that certainly goes back a way. Along the same lines, I once heard about an information studies graduate student who was helping a library clean out some desks in its office and who found some 5 1/4-inch floppy diskettes in one of the drawers. He took them to a library staff member, excitedly commenting that he had “read about these” in class.

Yeah I have one too. wish I could find my Iron Blitz disk….DOH!

Funny, I play mine at work once in awhile and still trying for the computer to win. Changing cost and setups so I can get a good game.

There is an online community that is still obsessed with playing AA/Iron-Blitz online.
They basically setup their own Mplayer server, after the 98 version went down.

Good luck with that one!
If you want a good game, why not play against others online?
There are many ways to do so…
