    Thanks for reminding me!  I meant to do a NCM of the two mechs to Rome.  Hopefully i would have caught it during my Japanese turn before the UK moved.

    To answer your question, the UK would indeed collect the ICs, however, without a capital, you couldn’t purchase anything with it, as you skip your purchase phase (regardless of how much money you have) without a capital.

    Okay, finally got it now.  (Sorry, I’m secretly at work so have to rush things at times.)

    If you will allow it, I moved 1 fighter and 1 tac from normandy to southern italy.  I don’t believe it will affect the Russia turn, as you cant take Slovakia either way.

    That could happen if you opend up the file and selected local to do some playtesting of strategies.  Triple A defaults to whatever the last selection was.  So if you had played some hotseat local games, then opened up a file for our game, it auto selects local.  You have to hit cancel, them reselect PBEM to bring up the login info, etc.  otherwise it’s doing dice results from the local client and not the server.

    I’ll accept the file.

    Yep, they can be convoyed.  If you have any coastal territory with a convoy symbol in the water, you can lose up to the value(s) of any coastal adjacent to it.

    “China is not subject to convoy disruptions” <-- its on page 10 and has to do with the whole China is not industrialized, has a rural economy and can mobilize forces in any territory they occupy…
