  • Yeah, I really messed up there - may have lost the game truthfully. That is what happens when you make a turn too fast….only thing saving me was getting lucky in 96. Not even sure that will be enough. I guess killing as many planes as I did helps…

    With this result, I would
    a) choose differently on the casualties in SZ 96 (destroyer and retreat after round 1)
    b) move differently in the NCM-Phase and place the IC in egypt (probably).

    I will deliver a savegame with edited NCM, will you let me choose a different outcome in SZ 96, too?


  • Hmmmm…you bring up an interesting question. While you can reroll one combat per the LL rules, are you allowed to also then change the outcome of another battle (sz96). While I would agree that NCM and placement are fair game - they can always be changed really before the start of the next turn - I am not sure about the combat in sz96.

    I will be honest and say I am not sure how that is ‘supposed’ to be handled.


  • I think thats a problem, too.
    The only way I see this is: we have to agree on it. :)

    As I said, I’m fine with not getting the tactical bomber back.
    I got to shoot a second round and while I rolled bad, I had a chance - although with a win in SZ 92, I would have retreated either way as I no longer needed a blocking destroyer.

    I’ll let give you my edited file, you may choose to edit the tactical bomber back, he would have landed with the fighter in egypt.
