    now that things have settled down a bit for me,  i just noticed that i did accidentally build a major complex when i meant to build a minor.  How do you want to handle it?  May I get my 8ipcs next turn or do you want to make me place a major and remove the minor?  For the record I definitely would let you or anyone place the minor and get the 8 for next turn, but it is of course your decision.  sorry for the sloppy play.
