    I just noticed you had an US destroyer in sea zone 17. It says in the rules and the notes tab that the US is not allowed to park any ships in certain zones prior to being at war. Basically it is any zone that touches a Japanese territory or island.

    Hey tc…I do not know if you saw my  earlier note, but even though the triplea allows you to move US ships into zones that touch Japanese territories, the rules state the USA cannot do that prior to being at war. So, your US fleet cannot be in zone 17 since the US is not at war until the collect income phase. I will wait for your reply before moving.
