    Did you see this? “Japan can only build a major in Korea (not Manchuria or Kiangsu). � You go by the symbol printed on the map, not by game start position, when determining original ownership.
    Manchuria and Kiangsu are Chinese territories.”
    hopefully that clarifies this? USING TRIPLE A, click the tab on the right labeled Territory. Put the cursor over KIA etc and the game tells you who the original owner of the territory was, in this case JPN.
