im confused. I thought the japs could land on the islands (like java and them) if they were at war? they don’t go during combat move do they?
You should be able to take them without declaring war because UK declared war. Triplea probably won’t let you ncm onto them. It would have to be a combat move. Whatever, just edit it. Change territory owner and move your units in.
