Got it, I didn’t see that I also had a FAQ, was thinking I only had the CLASSIFIED clarification
Now I see my specific question is answered, the carriers could not even split up during a combat move that ends in the same place

I demand one Japanese infantry on Japan per month of hiatus!
@Cow:
I am not bored I just want to end this game.
This reminds me of the Tron and Tron Legacy movies.
Clu commands Rinzler to “Finish the game!” when ordering him to take the killing shot at the Flynns and Quorra - the same command Sark gives to programs who refuse to end their opponents’ lives on the Game Grid.
Anyone who’s watched Tron probably remembers the above-described scene. Flynn has effectively beaten a program in some game. He just needs to strike the killing blow; thereby completing the game and killing the program. He refuses. Sark responds by becoming angry. His red lines glow brighter than usual. In a commanding, angry voice he tells Flynn, “Finish the game!” Flynn responds with, “No,” said much less firmly than Sark’s command.
Despite the blunder in the Pacific. Japan is still looking strong and has income to grow. The Europe half looks nice as well. Italy income is nice. Germany is on the up and up. I am looking forward to things.
I am feeling strong. Especially with Italy’s income to keep Europe well defended.
