I got distracted, bought the wrong thing (factory instead of airfield), got tangled up tying to place it, forgot to save, and then just restarted. I think the combat results were the same for sets of battles, the Russian and French units all missed. If there was a hit in the first round, please go ahead and remove an Italian infantry.
I’m likely to attack Paris again, so I’ll follow the max defense order unless you post differently. To me, max defense means kill any AA guns or bombers first, then all the infantry and other 2s, kill any 3s, and 4s last.
