I lost my Revised A&A rulebook and i was wondering if anyone could post the rule booklet. I’m not sure if your alowed to because of copywrite, but if you can please do. All my games have been halted because of I don’t have my rulebook.
I created a rule deck, its very detailed, yet very easy to understand, things are broken down into simple stages. Even if you don’t print the deck, you can read it.

A capitol fall is very hard to come back from because of that. The toppled country misses a turn of buying units (no $$$) while at the same time giving the other side the chance to purchase with their normal collection plus the plundered treasure.
Subs from both sides shoot in “opening fire.” There is an “opening fire step” every round. Unless an opposing DES is present, sub hits (only can hit naval units) in opening fire don’t get to shoot back. Subs get a “free” shot every round.
