    i made a mistake with my purchase.

    i did not realize it until my place unit phase.

    i had planned on buying 1 artillery and the rest mechanized infantry. the art was going to be placed in novgorod. this decision was not effected by the rolls.

    if you do not mind i would like to edit out one truck from novgorod and replace it with an art.

    i understand if you do not allow it, as it was after dice had rolled.
