changing the usa noncombat move would have ripple effects and i would change my china and uk noncombat moves.
i think that if we change a purchase we should reroll all battles becuase the purchase could effect what our combat moves are.

Italy forgot DOW Russia and USA. It breaks the Axis strategy completely down. Can I edit the Italian politics? No changes in moves/buy, if so. The only difference I see is Rus sub in sz92 that, according to TripleA, the Italian fleet can’t ignore. So, if you are OK with the change and TripleA is right, let me know the sub decision - submerge or fight with BB and CC. The second CC goes to sz110 like it is in the original post. Sorry about that.

usa declared war on italy on their collect income phase of turn 3. so italy and usa were at war before italy`s turn started.
the italians declaring war on the soviets makes sure the soviet sub can not ignore them on their next turn.
