Yeah bad luck but Philly should happen every 1/9 and with jave and celeb having the same risk this would happen in one of the attacks every 1/3. The chance of 3 out of 4 inf hitting in Malaya is somewhere around 7.5% I think… (not very different from the italian guy who survived the ethiopia attack).
