82 for Russia, LOL. BTW, I checked your site and really like your painted figures. I also painted all of our pieces. We included SPA and Anti-tanks with our house rules. Aye, I’ve seen that site. Cool stuff there. Feel free to post any pics here or on the modifications thread. Give me the link when you do. I love seeing painted pieces and knowing there are people just as deranged as me about this game. My work is certainly not the best out there but i really enjoy painting and seeing my own improvement as I continue. As always thanks for listening and for giving us feedback. Our next few episodes will be posted in the anniversary section as that’s what we played last. Hoping to get a good long game in for the 9th of May to celebrate the Soviet Union’s crushing of the Fascist pigs in Germany.
My friends and I are meeting in Michigan Thursday, 17 through Saturday, 19 for Global war 1940. Should be fun :) I will post some links to pics from our game/games if you don’t mind.
We completed game one with USA losing their capital on round 6. That’s was my fault I was playing Germany and could not resist. Â Anyways Game 2 is more balanced because of tech rules. Germany has Heavy Bombers, UK has Rockets, and USA LRA. Â This game was saved with TripleA and maybe we can finish it someday. Â The orange chips are 5 and black ones are 1 for IC damage. Â Also Green chips on our game are 10’s not 3. 1940 Global is such a long game. Â Â It was a lot of fun. Â Can I link Pictures from Facebook on this site?

Aye, beautiful pieces dude! Very well done. are those decals? I’ve always wanted to try decals, they make the pieces look 10 times better than my hand painted roundels.
Yes they are decals. (1/144 scale). The part that you can’t see in the pictures is that all the fighters and tactical bombers have magnets drilled into them to make them stick to the carrier. They actually jump off your hand onto the carrier. Â All of our players enjoyed that perk the most. Made it so easier to move the carrier’s with planes on them. I put 2mm x2mm magnets in the fighters and 3mm x 1mm in carriers and tactical bombers. Â Also set the polarity so that only axis planes can land on axis carriers and vice versa, lol.

It was not easy finding a good China decal that small. Here is the link of the where I found it.

The rest of my decals I got off ebay. Just do a search for decals. Â If you look at the IC’s you will see decals on gold complexes. This indicates a major.
