i am not giving cow credit for anything except for posting strategy comments into an active game thread. that’s about the ultimate sin. i think some of his comments have HURT allweneedishank and i don’t want that any more than i want them to help them. i want no strategy comments OF ANY KIND>
Noted, and I never said you posted strategy; dont think you ever would.
But you posted trash and insults. You obviously think that this is not a problem, even when asked to stop it.

Ight alex so its consistent. I have no problem with people posting in my thread just no strategy. As you can see I tokk no real issue with cows postings until he started making strategy comments.

cow disappeared from our tournament game because he could not face a loss. now he is attempting to help the other team so he will not have to face us. it’s really really weak and low down. i don’t care one bit how much he wants to trash talk, i just don’t want him making any strategy related comments.

Cow: Italy should be building all ground units to help out the Germans with backside defense -----> NOT OK. did you notice AWN built 6 ground units the turn that prompted cow’s comment, then built 10 mechs in N italy the immediate following turn? cuz i noticed. coincidence? probably. but i don’t care - cow should not be allowed to taint AWN’s win, if he gets it.
Cow: Japan should hit the US fleet - and not take in the destroyers cuz then they have 70% odds on the fleet. did you notice that Hank attacked the fleet immediately following this comment, when he actually had better odds on the fleet the turn before? cuz i noticed. coincidence? probably, but i don’t care - cow should not be allowed to taint Hank’s win, if he gets it.

Must be a holiday weekend in canada. I cant even get an eta for the move dutch and these guys have been on an aweful lot. Sure a long move for a game thats already over.
hank and love, just so you can understand, a big part of the fun of the game of axis and allies is the fun of taking on the role of the allied or axis commanders (ie, we are at war). thus “trash talk” to me is part of the game that can be reveled in and enjoyed (it is merely a role being played however and when the game is over, it’s good game and it was great to play such good guys). does that make sense?
so to me trash talk is fine, but intruding on other players games and making comments on strategy (something cow has been doing to me in multiple games aside from this one) it is way way over the line. i don’t even really care if cow wants to insult me or my family, as long as he doesn’t make strategy comments. it’s really easy for me to ignore his trash talk - more of a buzzing gnat than anything.
We can finish our game. That is if you want to lose.

As “Frowned upon” as cow’s comments may be regarding game advice. There’s nothing stopping him from posting his thoughts here or sending them via PM to AWN if he wants too as well.
So for the record… there’s nothing that can be done about it.
However,
#1. AWN has made it this far on their own, and I don’t think they’re about to start listening to the local farm animals.
#2. My experience with AWN is that they don’t take well to being given “free advice” or “freebies”, they consider it dishonorable.
So please gentlemen… continue! Entertaining game to say the least!

Awn can delete pms or emails from cow without reading them - I trust him to do so if he wants a clean win.
the final map save can be posted when this match is over. I’m sorry that there is one idiot that is ruining it for the rest of the community but that is just the way it is.
I should phrase it another way because some may not understand my true convictions due to the use of the word idiot. I do not think cow is an idiot, but he is acting in a way that is hurting the game and the community and I wish I could trust that he would stop. But if I say we will continue as long as he stops, well, the very next comment could potentially ruin the ebtire match. I do not hate cow, but I hate this behavior.
