Just a year ago! Thanks for pointing out, I did miss that link to an important place.
It’s like a rip in the cloth of space and time!
Well, that was fun.
@Cow:
Could care less who wins.
Just curious to see how Italy’s naval bombardments and all that Europe stuff works out.

Boy that’s a great roll for the Axis in 6

no joke. cow is working overtime with his voodoo dolls.
Boy that’s a great roll for the Axis in 6
i did not even notice. i just assumed 5 subs would have raided all 8ipc.
i wonder what hank will purchase with that extra 4ipc. maybe he will just keep it as a memento of strength

the dice are smiling quite heavily upon hank right now - must be good clean living.

I think it is all of the positivity that comes off of this thread…

I’m thinking of buying 1 mech. infantry for Tokyo that will ultimately take over the US complex in Korea…
i’m very positive, positive that you are going down!
wow I feel so honored to get to witness a real live patented hank australia move!
well boys, thanks to your use of LL reroll in amur and the favorable trades you are getting on all air attacks and our poor results of all air attacks, not to mention the perfect kamis, this game has gotten a lot tighter as of late than i ever thought it could be. a lot due to luck, but your good play put you in position to capitalize on luck so that is to be commended.
i feel much better about this game being close than a blowout anyway - the first ever XDAP tourney deserves a GREAT final, which this will now be. sorry for the delay in posting, dutch and i are both INSANELY busy and there is a great deal of planning needed for this pivotal move. maybe tonight, maybe as late as monday.
cheers
…favorable trades you are getting on all air attacks and our poor results of all air attacks…
what do you consider air attacks?
aaguns?
escort and interceptor?
combat in territories when the attacker only has air units?
combat in seazones when the attacker only has air units?
all of the above?

after work i will do a quick analysis of air attacks
i believe you have gotten better luck especially in air attacks, will be interesting to find out.
Bold’s perception of luck has always been warped :-)

yeah will be very interesting. i will be excited to see your results.

and no this is not true. i am especially unlucky sometimes and i am keenly aware of when that is. for some reason, i usually get good luck when i don’t need it and bad luck when i need good luck.
remember those 24 twos i rolled on defense in belarus the last time we played FTF gamer? how many hits did i get again? :-)

I think this is somehow built into axis and allies as it seems this is always true!
I didn’t expect you to agree with me!
The whole match could hinge on the results of the us and uk dice this round. If it goes well we are right back on track. If it goes bad it is going to be a giant dogfight. Seems to be inexorably heading in that direction but you never know with dice.
