Hmm, I think it’s not entirely hopeless yet, but if you wish to concede…
Actually in my opinion, Japan poses the bigger threat. I might lose the battle for Moscow next round and you are standing with a huge fleet off Gibraltar - I can’t even get Norway back which means you can build a factory there - just an example.But Japan will probably secure me pacific win, since you can’t stop me anymore from conquering Hawaii and Sydney within 2-3 turns.
