    I fear it’s not helping much though, since you get a small edge in almost every battle and that’s adding up a lot.

    Well it’s just fair I guess. You got diced and lost, so it shall happen to me too.

    Yup.  That was really the second really ridiculous British naval defense.  I mean in both cases the British navy was predicted to lose badly, but not that badly.

    Ground battles seem to be going pretty close to normal.  I mean they are small battles and it’s not unheard of for 3 infantry to miss all shots or get 2 or even 3 hits.  Just too small a sample, you know?

    At least Japan’s round was pretty down the road average.
